An important and popular theme, Beth (LRC Manager from Tyne and Wear, UK) has shared photos of her new display for Banned Books Week.
Here are her comments:
'We are celebrating Banned Books Week next week, which we are very fierce about. We are passionate about being able to choose for ourselves what we like to read and not to be told what we should or shouldn't be allowed to borrow'.
Thank you Beth, I'm sure it will draw the attention of your students! I like the way you have provided details about the reasons for the ban with each book, it's bound to surprise them.
